# My Mindful Morning Coffee


In the morning I start my day with a perfect cup of coffee. We have invested in a great coffee machine. It is worth every penny. When I am home I have a favourite pottery mug that starts my routine in the same way, filled with coffee and cream sometimes followed by a latte. The cup always feels nice and warm in my hands and I take this time to reflect on what today will bring. This is a mindful moment, never rushed always enjoyed.
